1. General Policy

The Agriculture Marketing Department is committed to ensuring transparency and satisfaction for users of our services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations may be considered.

2. Cancellations

Once a transaction is successfully completed through this website for services offered (such as registrations, applications, or information access), cancellation requests will not be entertained unless explicitly mentioned for a specific service.

3. Refunds

Refunds are allowed only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate or excess payment made due to technical or manual error.
  • Payment made for a service not availed due to system error or cancellation from the department’s end.

In such cases, the user must submit a written refund request along with transaction details to the concerned authority within 7 working days of the transaction.

4. Refund Processing

Upon receiving a valid refund request, the department will verify and process the request. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 15–21 working days. Processing times may vary based on banking channels.

5. No Refund Cases

Refunds will not be entertained under the following conditions:

  • Requests made after the stipulated refund request period.
  • Payments made for services already availed or processed.
  • Failure to provide sufficient supporting documents for verification.
