Training Activities

“Prarabdh“-  a regular & intensive Training & Dev Program that  offers a three-tiered    approach, providing regular training , on personality enhancement , pre placement preparation and company based recruitment training to sharpen skills and knowledge among students.

  1. PEP (Personality Enhancement Program) These programs focus on developing soft skills such as communication, leadership, teamwork, and emotional intelligence, interpersonal relationships, confidence building , body language , personal grooming & hygiene etc. which are essential for personal and professional success. Additionally, these programs foster self-awareness and confidence, enabling students to effectively navigate challenges and pursue their goals with resilience. PEP is an integral part of academics at Biyani.
  2. Pre Placement Preparation Trainings- these trainings are effective & systematically train our students on Employability skills. various workshops on Resume Writing, Group Discussions , Interview skills , negotiation , decision making and much more , they prepare students as per the need of the industry and helps in campus placement. Additionally, our pre-placement mock interviews offer invaluable experience, allowing students to sharpen their interview skills and gain confidence. These programs collectively equip students with the necessary tools and guidance for a successful academic and professional journey. Additionally mock interviews offer them an opportunity to practice and showcase their skills.

“Saarthi” – This mentorship program is designed to assist all our students in their transformational journey with us. a student mentoring program pairs each student with a qualified mentor for holistic growth, ensuring personalized guidance and support. Here our qualified mentors will provide a holistic environment of growth and support to our students from the day one at our institute that would make them the leaders of tomorrow

“Chetna” is an online orientation training program, we offer immediately after admission. This is a Self Awakening Certificate Course for all new students. this course designed to prepare them for their upcoming  academic journey and  aims to assure Peace & Happiness, confidence & achieve their Goals with our unique pedagogy on Gratitude- love & Feelings

English Language Proficiency Program   with a focus to improve & enhance their communication skills in English we as an institute understands that in many industries, it’s a basic requirement for employment and career advancement. To improve English language proficiency, we offer tailored courses catering to different proficiency levels, provide ample practice opportunities through various conversation clubs or language lab, integrate technology for interactive learning, additionally, creating a supportive and encouraging learning environment that boost student’ confidence and motivation to excel in English.

EGLS- Expert Guest Lecture Series – is an important training activity which provides students with insights and perspectives beyond the regular curriculum, enriching their learning experience. Here we invite professionals, academics,  subject experts or industry leaders to share their knowledge and experience on relevant topics. This provides firsthand experience where they learn directly from the experts and also establish interpersonal relationships.

THEATER COMMUNICATION– at Biyani Training happens at multiple folds and imparting skills through Theater activities is one of the ways.. Drama / theater is a unique method to build confidence, empathy, and self-expression while improving communication skills, teamwork, and creativity. Through acting, students learn to inhabit different characters and perspectives, enhancing their understanding of human emotions and experiences. We run various clubs including drama , organizing theatrical productions, and providing opportunities for students to participate in acting workshops, improve sessions.. Theater has been integrated into the curriculum to ensure holistic development. Our students have depicted Ramayana and Krishna and given a magnificent performance

Learn Management from Ramayan– Learning knows no boundary and there is so much to discover from our Indian epic, . The Ramayana is, quite simply, the greatest of Indian Epics.  Studying the Ramayana offers invaluable management lessons. It highlights the importance of leadership qualities like integrity, perseverance, and empathy through characters like Lord Rama and Hanuman.  At our Institute we run a certificate   course to provide students with a holistic understanding of leadership and management principles rooted in ancient wisdom. By exploring timeless themes in the Ramayana, students gain insights applicable to modern-day corporate scenarios, fostering well-rounded and culturally aware leaders

Valuable insights into effective management practices rooted in timeless wisdom and cultural heritage. It fosters holistic development by integrating practical skills with moral and ethical values.in this powerful series of innovative teaching and training – Learn Management from Lord Hanuman is another masterpiece.  In this Students  learn several management lessons from the character of Lord Hanuman in Hindu mythology.

Regular and intensive faculty development programs are crucial for the growth and effectiveness of educational institutes. They help educators stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies, technologies, and research findings, ultimately enhancing their teaching quality and student outcomes. Regular programs provide ongoing support and skill-building opportunities, while intensive programs offer focused training on specific topics or skills. We have two in-house faculty development programs, one is Chanakya – the orientation programs fo all the newly appointed faculty members and second is chintan -: Chintan- is an in-house 360-degree faculty development program that provides a blended approach to help faculty to excel. Here all faculty members will be offered a supportive environment to build confidence, leadership, change management, and teaching skills.  This platform provides all the faculty members of the institute; an opportunity to learn from each other and grow together, unlike a stand-alone training course, “Chintan” is a blended and social program.

Industry exposure is a key element of training that prepares students for placements. CPBFI from Bajaj Finserv is one such training program where experts and officials from corporate come and provide necessary sessions to students. It’s a 90 hours Certificate Program in Banking, Finance and Insurance (CPBFI) for all the final year students of Commerce and Management. This session include Presentation on the latest technologies and innovations in the Banking and Insurance sector, Interactive session with industry experts, Case studies and real-world examples presented by professionals. College committed to organizing such events that bridge the gap between academia and industry, providing students with a holistic view of their prospective careers.
